As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) you are the primary contact person for our customers. Your warm greeting, effective follow up and organised client management are essential in ensuring all customers’ expectations are exceeded.   CSO positions offer a diversified range of interesting duties, bonus commission opportunities and exciting career path prospects.

As we head more into the retail sector, your sales/retail/hospitality experience will put you in good stead for a career with Bay Audio. As weekends, Thursday nights and holiday periods are our busiest times these hours are applicable in all rosters.
